Staff Software Engineer — Platform
Remote (Global) · $180k–$240k base + equity
Architect the next generation of our compliance-automation platform supporting 40,000+ live entities.
What you'll do
- Lead platform architecture decisions across Next.js, Postgres, and event-driven services
- Mentor senior engineers and set engineering standards
- Partner with product on 0→1 platform capabilities
- Own reliability, observability and security posture
What we're looking for
- 10+ years engineering, 3+ years at Staff/Principal level
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Node, Postgres
- Experience in regulated SaaS (FinTech/LegalTech strongly preferred)
- Track record of scaling platforms to 7-figure ARR
Nice to have
- AI/LLM integration experience
- Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi)
