Refund Policy

CORPYO strives to deliver high-quality company formation services. Refund eligibility depends on how far your order has progressed — this policy, the refund schedule shown on your order tracking page, and our FAQ all follow the same rules below.
Eligibility for refunds
Refund eligibility is based on your order's stage at the time of the request — not on a fixed number of days — as set out in the schedule below. Because company formation can be completed in as little as a few days (and in some jurisdictions within 24–48 hours), the refundable portion decreases quickly and reaches zero once formation begins. Services that have been fully delivered (e.g. a company has been successfully registered) are not eligible for a refund.
Non-refundable items
Government filing fees, third-party charges, and any disbursements paid on your behalf are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application. Once your request has been submitted to government authorities or authorized partners, those fees cannot be returned.
How to request a refund
Email our support team with your order reference and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within two business days and resolve them within ten business days.
Cancellations
You may cancel a service order before processing begins for a refund of the service fee, less any administrative or payment-processing charges. Once processing has started, cancellation is subject to the stage-based schedule above.
Refund schedule by order stage
The percentage applies to your CORPYO service fee. Government and third-party fees are always non-refundable.
