Lead complex corporate filings across multi-jurisdictional entity structures, supporting our clients' global expansion strategies.
What you'll do
- Draft and review corporate formation documents across 20+ jurisdictions
- Coordinate with external counsel in the US, UK, EU and APAC
- Maintain corporate registers and statutory records
- Support client KYC and UBO compliance
What we're looking for
- 7+ years corporate paralegal experience
- Experience with US (Delaware), UK, UAE filings
- Fluent English; Arabic a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage 50+ active matters
Nice to have
- Qualification from ILEX, CILEX, or equivalent
- Experience with global trust and family office structures
