- Run user research with founders, operators, and legal teams
- Partner with engineering on our inline-CSS design system
- Contribute to brand and marketing design

- Portfolio showing complex B2B/FinTech work
- Strong systems thinking and component design discipline
- Fluent with Figma, prototyping, and motion
