Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how CORPYO uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels) on our website and dashboard. This page is part of our Trust Center and complements our general Cookies page and Privacy Policy; where the two overlap, this page provides the more detailed, categorized breakdown.
What Cookies Do
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that let a website remember information between visits — for example, keeping you signed in, remembering your language preference, or understanding which pages are useful so we can improve them.
Categories of Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary (first-party)
Required for the site and dashboard to function: authentication session tokens, CSRF protection tokens, load-balancing cookies, and cookie-consent preference storage. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality such as signing in or completing checkout.
Functional (first-party)
Remember your preferences — language, currency, theme (light/dark), and in-progress wizard state — so you don't have to re-select them on every visit.
Analytics (first- and third-party)
Help us understand aggregate usage patterns — which pages are visited, how users move through the incorporation wizard, and where drop-off occurs — so we can improve the product. Where we use a third-party analytics provider, data is processed under a data processing agreement consistent with our Sub-processors list, and we configure analytics to minimize personal data collection where possible (e.g. IP truncation).
Marketing (third-party, consent-based)
Used, where you have consented, to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and to avoid showing you ads for services you have already purchased. These are not set until consent is given via our cookie banner, in jurisdictions where consent is required.
First-Party vs. Third-Party Cookies
First-party cookies are set directly by corpyo.com and are used for the core site and account functionality described above. Third-party cookies are set by services we integrate with (such as analytics or payment providers) and are subject to those providers' own privacy practices in addition to ours.
Managing Cookies and Opting Out
You can manage non-essential cookies through:
- Our cookie-consent banner, shown on first visit and re-accessible via
- Your browser settings, which let you block or delete cookies generally
- Opt-out mechanisms offered directly by third-party analytics or
the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer
(note this may affect functionality across the entire site, including necessary cookies)
advertising providers we use
Because strictly necessary cookies are required for authentication and security (such as CSRF protection), disabling them will prevent you from signing in or completing a purchase.
