Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Definitions
CORPYO is an electronic platform that provides company formation services and assistance with tourist visas (eVisa) through authorized partners. "User" / "Client" refers to any person who uses the website or requests one of the services. "Services" include but are not limited to company formation, consultations, and tourist visa services.
2. Scope of Services
CORPYO provides its services through licensed partners, specialized consultants, and official entities or authorized service providers. CORPYO is not a government agency and does not issue visas or licenses itself. Rather, it acts as an intermediary in preparing applications and providing procedural support.
3. User Eligibility
By using the website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and will provide accurate, correct, and complete information. CORPYO reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if incorrect information is provided or if the platform is used in violation.
4. Client Obligations
The client commits to providing CORPYO with all required documents and information accurately, ensuring the accuracy of data before submission, and complying with the regulations and laws applicable in the relevant country. CORPYO is not responsible for any delays or rejections resulting from inaccurate information or incomplete documents.
5. Payment Policy
All fees are clearly displayed before completing payment. Fees may include service fees and government or partner fees. Prices are subject to change according to country requirements or relevant authorities.
6. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the status of the service. If you cancel before we start processing, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative fees. If your request has already been submitted to government authorities or authorized partners, no refund is possible for those fees. Government and third-party fees are strictly non-refundable.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
CORPYO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Service availability depends on third-party systems and may be interrupted without notice. Information provided on the platform does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice — consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the CORPYO website — including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of CORPYO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your account.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (payment obligations, intellectual property, liability) will survive.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CORPYO is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
